The Smaart Pe Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 16, 2026

The Smaart Pe operates a B2B assisted digital services platform focused on mobile recharge, DTH recharge, utility and bill payment support, and related retail service workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect business and user information when merchants, distributors, retailers, partners, and other authorized users access our website, portal, or services.

Important Monthly Recharge Plan Notice

Monthly Recharge Plans on The Smaart Pe are available only for registered and approved users. These plans are intended to help eligible business users, teams, retailers and service partners manage selected monthly recharges through wallet balance and auto recharge settings. Any discount, benefit, service margin or promotional advantage is offered only to eligible registered users and is not a public offer for every visitor or member. Users may stop or cancel auto recharge when they do not want to continue recharge or other services, subject to service rules, pending transaction status and operator or biller response.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect business details, proprietor or representative name, mobile number, email address, billing information, KYC or verification documents, login credentials, service usage records, recharge and payment transaction details, device information, browser data, IP address, and support communication history.

2. Why We Use Information

We use collected information to create and manage accounts, process recharge and bill payment requests, verify merchants and business users, detect fraud or misuse, maintain transaction logs, provide customer support, improve platform performance, send operational alerts, and comply with legal, banking, tax, KYC, audit, and regulatory requirements.

3. Business and Transaction Data

Because The Smaart Pe serves B2B recharge and assisted service operations, transaction records may include operator name, amount, service category, status, reference IDs, settlement data, commission-related entries, and complaint or reversal records. This information is maintained for reconciliation, dispute handling, and statutory record-keeping.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share necessary information with telecom operators, billers, payment gateways, banks, regulated partners, service aggregators, technology vendors, law-enforcement agencies, auditors, or government authorities only to the extent required for service delivery, compliance, fraud monitoring, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.

4A. Payment Gateway and Wallet Data

For payments, wallet loading, recharge requests, reversals, refunds or settlement review, we may process transaction IDs, gateway response data, bank reference numbers, payment status, amount, date, device/session details and related logs. Sensitive payment instruments such as full card numbers, CVV or net banking passwords are not intentionally stored by The Smaart Pe; such processing is handled by authorized payment gateway or banking partners according to their security rules.

5. Cookies and Technical Tools

Our platform may use cookies, session identifiers, analytics tools, and security logs to keep users signed in, remember preferences, analyze performance, and protect the platform from unauthorized access or abuse.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, KYC, support, and transaction-related data for as long as required for business continuity, audit, legal defense, operator reconciliation, chargeback handling, taxation, compliance obligations, and internal reporting. Retention periods may extend beyond account closure where law or operational necessity requires it.

7. Data Security

The Smaart Pe uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect stored data. However, no website, network, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for keeping passwords, OTP access, and panel credentials confidential.

8. User Responsibilities

Business users and their staff must provide accurate information, maintain updated contact details, use authorized devices and connectivity, and ensure that customer information handled by them is collected and used lawfully. Any misuse of customer data by a merchant or retailer remains that party's responsibility.

9. Third-Party Services

Recharge processing, payment handling, SMS delivery, analytics, and certain support functions may depend on third-party infrastructure. Their systems and policies may apply to the relevant part of the transaction. The Smaart Pe is not responsible for external websites or services that are not under our direct control.

9A. App and Platform Review Disclosure

The Smaart Pe does not present Monthly Recharge Plans as a public investment, deposit, gambling, betting, loan or guaranteed-return product. The feature is a registered-user business utility workflow for arranging eligible monthly recharge activity and related promotional service benefits, subject to business rules and service availability.

10. Children's Privacy

Our B2B platform is intended for business entities, retailers, distributors, and authorized adult users. It is not designed for direct use by children.

11. Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The updated version will apply from the date posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
